About Patty Manzaneras
Bilingual Mortgage Originator
This amazing mother of three started in the mortgage business in 1995 and has been making a difference in the metro Denver area ever since. After moving to the United States in 1990 from Casas Grandes Chihuahua, Mexico, Patty started a family and got straight to work in the dry cleaning business.
It didn't take long for her to find her career in finance with a job in the auto industry. That soon lead to a position with a wholesale bank as a bilingual loan processor. Her love for the connection with her clients is what she truly loves.
Patty is the owner of Manzaneras Mortgage and she has been a great additional to the Plum Creek Family. Her involvement in the community, with her three beautiful daughters and 3 grandchildren keep her constantly busy. Make no mistake, she would never want to change a thing.
