Mortgage Loan Originator
Kevin is a loan originator with the Manzanares Mortgage Group, under the umbrella of Plum Creek Funding, he has been with the company for the last few years and has been the go to lender for all of his friends and family.
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, he moved to Colorado at the age of six. He married his childhood sweetheart, as they have been together since a young age.
FUN FACT
His mother in law helped his parents buy their first home when they moved to Colorado! That is how the lucky couple met, way before electronic signatures. Now he has the opportunity to work under his mother in laws' watchful eye. Talk about a full circle moment.
Together with his wife they have two beautiful children, always feeling lucky to have been blessed with both a healthy daughter and son. Kevin considers himself to be a true homebody, and he considers that a stoke of lucy, because home is where family is.
Before starting in the mortgage business, Kevin follow his first love, cars, and not to worry his wife was already prepared for it. Kevin loved seeing pieces come together to make something great, working on cars has taught him patience and helped him become very meticulous with details.
That’s one of the many reason he decided to begin in the mortgage business, there are no short cuts, just the right way to do it. When people ask him why he loves what he does, the answer is simple.
"Sitting at the closing table watching my clients begin the next journey in their life is what gives me purpose, knowing that I fought for them every step of the way, t’s honestly just one of the most rewarding feelings. And it’s a feeling I will forever chase."
While working with Kevin he strives to form a life long friendship, he is here to celebrate your successes in life as well as pray with you during hardships. He will be there for you beyond the closing table.
